We operate as a subscription service to make your busy life easier. We are a flexible service so you have the control to manage your deliveries: you can pause or cancel at any time.
No, you can order as much or as little as you like.
For orders that have been paid for you must contact us directly 3 days prior to delivery to make any changes. However, for future orders that are apart of your subscription, you can change the details of your order by logging into your account and going to 'My Orders'.
Yes, we don’t want to lock anyone into something they are not sure about. Just select 'No thanks' at checkout if you would like to order without a subscription.
Yes, you can change your subscription details (i.e. delivery frequency, delivery day, suspend, cancel) by logging into your account and going to 'My Orders'.
Yes, you can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time before the cut off period. The cut off period to cancel, suspend or edit your order is 3 days prior to delivery. No charge will be applied for any cancellation or suspension prior to the cut off. You can re-start your subscription at any time.

We deliver Monday to Friday from 5am-1pm.
You can select the day that suits you best to have your meals delivered. Unfortunately at this point we can't select a more specific time slot than 5am-1pm.
We will not ring your doorbell before 8am unless specified by you in the 'order notes' box at checkout. If you know you will not be home when we deliver you can specify a suitable place for us to leave the meals, i.e on your porch. Our meals are delivered in an insulated bag with techni-ice, that will keep your meals frozen for up to 4 hours.
Absolutely! Click the 'ship to a different address' box at checkout and specify where you would like your meals delivered.
As soon as you choose to feed your child solids you can feed them Messy Faces. We recommend our meals for 12 months +.
We only use the freshest ingredients in our meals sourced locally.
Absolut-chook-ly!! We love chickens and would never use anything other than chickens that have played outside in the sun in our meals. That is a Messy Faces promise.
